Managing Director for the Washington, DC office of Integra Realty Resources, a national valuation and consulting firm. Prior to Integra, Patrick Kerr founded and was President of Legg Mason Appraisal Group and Legg Mason Realty Group from 1983 to 1990. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments since the mid-1970's. Mr. Kerr has performed appraisals on various properties including, but not limited to, shopping centers, apartment complexes, manufacturing plants, an entire PUD, office buildings, residential and office condominium buildings, race tracks, ice skating rinks, raw and developed land, office parks, military housing, motels, hotels and mixed use properties. Valuations and market studies have been prepared on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Appraisals have been made for condemnation purposes, estates, mortgage financing, equity participation and due diligence support. Appraisals have been completed on several BRAC facilities, and other government facilities, or federal government clients including, but not limited to GSA, IRS, HUD, and Corp of Engineers. Mr. Kerr has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute since 1981. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Mr. Kerr received his MBA Degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland, in 1981. He is also an expert witness in several courts, including U.S. Bankruptcy Court-Maryland, Maryland State Tax Court, and Baltimore City Circuit Court.
