Mr. Dominy has participated in wide ranging valuation and counseling assignments including landmark office buildings, multi-family properties, shopping centers, self-storage facilities, health care properties, senior-living facilities, right-of-way projects, subdivisions and an array of port and non-port industrial properties.

Mr. Dominy is Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources Houston. Mr. Dominy began his real estate career in 1982 upon graduating from Baylor University. After working in the valuation field for two years, he was recruited to formulate a real estate development program for a financial services company entering the development field. Mr. Dominy participated in the development, management and sales of a portfolio of over 5,600 multi-family units, office buildings and branch bank facilities. This real world experience affords him the ability to provide comprehensive valuation and counseling to his clients.

Mr. Dominy joined the firm of Dominy, Ford & McPherson, Inc. in 1990. Since that time, he has participated in wide ranging valuation and counseling assignments including landmark office buildings, multi-family properties, shopping centers, self-storage facilities, health care properties, senior-living facilities, right-of-way projects, subdivisions and an array of port and non-port industrial properties. Expert witness testimony includes commissioner’s hearings, as well as various Texas county courts including Harris, Montgomery, Ft. Bend, Brazoria, Chambers, Grimes and Waller. Mr. Dominy has also qualified to testify in Federal Courts in both Houston and Sherman, Texas.
