Mr. Loughry has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1969. He is a third generation Loughry to serve the industry. Specialized assignments include environmentally challenged properties, Reese Air Force Base, and Lockheed Martin Plant in west Fort Worth. He has testified on numerous occasions in both District and Federal courts. As an active member of the community he has served as President of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of Integra Realty Resources Inc. and is a founding stockholder. Experience Managing Partner of Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP., Mr. Loughry has been an independent fee appraiser since 1981. From 1977 to 1982, he served as Vice President of Ashland Development, Inc. Developments included townhouses, office buildings and land. Prior to that, Mr. Loughry was the President of a Fort Worth based real estate company. He has prepared appraisals for mortgage loan purposes on various types of real estate for a variety of clients such as mortgage institutions, employee transfer companies, banks, attorneys, government agencies and utility companies. His appraisal experience includes complex properties such as Reese Air Force Base, Lockheed Facilities in Marietta and Fort Worth, Motorola Fort Worth, Bell Textron Hurst Facility, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth (Carswell Air Force Base), Radio Shack Corporate Campus, and the Pier One Building. He has acted as broker in real estate transactions, provided consultation and feasibility studies, as well as acted as negotiator in land acquisition cases for government agencies and independent clients. Mr. Loughry has also served as a Special Commissioner on numerous condemnation hearings and qualified as an expert witness in several courts. In recent years he has established a reputation for consulting and providing expert testimony on environmentally contaminated properties.
