Mr. Nunnink currently oversees the operations of Integra offices in Chicago, Kansas City, and St. Louis. In addition to his management duties with these Integra offices, Mr. Nunnink serves as the Managing Director of IRR Corporate & Public Finance, LLC, a specialty practice group within Integra focusing on structuring and implementing public-private partnerships as well as raising debt and equity capital for clients’ real estate investments. Additionally, Mr. Nunnink serves as the acting CEO of IRR-Residential, LLC., the largest franchisor of residential real estate service firms in the country.
Prior to joining Integra full-time in 2008, Mr. Nunnink worked in the real estate capital markets, residing in Chicago and London while providing debt and preferred equity capital on over $2 billion worth of US real estate transactions and over EU500 million of European real estate transactions. Mr. Nunnink is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Accounting. He is also a designated Chartered Financial Analyst from the prestigious CFA Institute. Mr. Nunnink’s knowledge of real estate and capital markets is especially valuable in consulting with clients on the feasibility and soundness of proposed large-scale investment opportunities.
