Mr. Lamb has been actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 1984. He established the firm’s Litigation Support Group in 1996. Mr. Lamb specializes in the retail and multi-family sectors, conducting appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments in over 30 states. He has extensive experience valuing multiple property portfolios.

Mr. Lamb is the Senior Managing Director of the Dallas office at Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Luther College located in Decorah, Iowa. He also attended the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, England and the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa during his undergraduate studies. After completing his undergraduate work, Mr. Lamb was employed in the public accounting industry as an auditor of small to medium sized businesses including a custom homebuilder, condominium associations, concrete contractor and various real estate investment companies. He has been actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 1984.

Mr. Lamb established the firm’s Litigation Support Group in 1996. He has consulted or testified on issues including, but not limited to, ad valorem tax valuation for Low Income Housing Tax Credit property, wrongful demolition, environmentally impaired property, eminent domain, audit/appraisal issues related to savings and loans, market trends, business vs. real estate damages and lease renewal.

Mr. Lamb specializes in the retail and multi-family sectors, conducting appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments in over 30 states. He has extensive experience valuing multiple property portfolios for clients including AutoNation, Best Buy, Circuit City, Eckerd, Gap, Jumbo Sports, La-Z-Boy, Pier 1 Imports, Tractor Supply, Nations Rent, Office Max, Value City, and Walgreen’s. Restaurants valued include Dave & Busters, Dos Gringos, Jack In The Box, Hooter’s, IHOP, Maguire’s, Old Chicago, Rock Bottom Brewery and Starbucks. His multi-family experience includes Low Income Housing Tax Credit encumbered properties. Multi-family appraisals have been performed in conformance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD guidelines.

Mr. Lamb is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council. He is currently licensed as a CPA by The State of Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, as a real estate broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission and as a real estate appraiser in the states of Texas, California, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Mr. Loughry has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1969. He is a third generation Loughry to serve the industry. Specialized assignments include environmentally challenged properties, Reese Air Force Base, and Lockheed Martin Plant in west Fort Worth. He has testified on numerous occasions in both District and Federal courts. As an active member of the community he has served as President of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of Integra Realty Resources Inc. and is a founding stockholder.

Experience
Managing Partner of Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP., Mr. Loughry has been an independent fee appraiser since 1981. From 1977 to 1982, he served as Vice President of Ashland Development, Inc. Developments included townhouses, office buildings and land. Prior to that, Mr. Loughry was the President of a Fort Worth based real estate company. He has prepared appraisals for mortgage loan purposes on various types of real estate for a variety of clients such as mortgage institutions, employee transfer companies, banks, attorneys, government agencies and utility companies. His appraisal experience includes complex properties such as Reese Air Force Base, Lockheed Facilities in Marietta and Fort Worth, Motorola Fort Worth, Bell Textron Hurst Facility, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth (Carswell Air Force Base), Radio Shack Corporate Campus, and the Pier One Building.

He has acted as broker in real estate transactions, provided consultation and feasibility studies, as well as acted as negotiator in land acquisition cases for government agencies and independent clients. Mr. Loughry has also served as a Special Commissioner on numerous condemnation hearings and qualified as an expert witness in several courts. In recent years he has established a reputation for consulting and providing expert testimony on environmentally contaminated properties.

Mr. Bissell has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1985. Mr. Bissell is Co-Practice Leader of Integra's National Seniors Housing and Health Care Specialty Practice. The Specialty Practice conducts appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments for senior housing and health care properties nationwide. Mr. Bissell is also heavily involved in the analysis of affordable housing projects, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. He also has extensive experience with various HUD financing programs including the Multifamily Accelerated Processing Program (MAP).

Mr. Bissell is Director of the Dallas office of Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1985.

In addition to being a Director of the Dallas office, Mr. Bissell is Co-Leader of Integra's National Seniors Housing and Health Care Specialty Practice. The Specialty Practice conducts appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments for senior housing and health care properties nationwide. Under Mr. Bissell’s direction, the Senior Housing and Health Care group has conducted market studies and valuations for many of the nation’s leading providers of senior housing and health care services, as well as for entities providing financing to the industry.

Mr. Bissell is also heavily involved in the analysis of affordable housing projects, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. He also has extensive experience with various HUD financing programs including the Multifamily Accelerated Processing Program (MAP). Unique housing projects the firm has worked on include an artist’s live/work loft project, a transitional housing and homeless shelter facility, affordable assisted living properties. and a proposed inner city single room occupancy (SRO) project.

Mr. Bissell has performed market studies and appraisals for developers, operators, construction lenders, HUD lenders, Fanie Mae lenders, Freddie Mac lenders, and conduit lenders. Property types regularly analyzed include medical office buildings, surgical centers, hospitals, skilled nursing care facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, congregate care facilities, seniors apartments, Alzheimer’s care facilities, and CCRCs. Mr. Bissell has completed assignments in 49 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

Education and Professional Designations

Mr. Bissell attended Dallas Baptist University, in Dallas, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. In addition, Mr. Bissell regularly attends Continuing Education courses and seminars.

Mr. Bissell is licensed in the State of Texas as a Real Estate Broker. Mr. Bissell maintains General Appraiser Certification in Texas and numerous other states, including Arizona, Oklahoma, Colorado, Georgia, and California (please call for a current list of state certifications).

Mr. Bissell was awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute in 1992. The MAI membership designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.

In 2000, Mr. Bissell was awarded the CRE designation by the Counselors of Real Estate. Membership in the Counselors of Real Estate is selective, extended by invitation only on either a sponsored or self-initiated basis. The organization’s CRE Designation (The Counselor of Real Estate) is awarded to all members in recognition of superior problem solving ability in various areas of specialization such as litigation support, asset management, valuation, feasibility studies, acquisitions/dispositions and general analysis. Only 1,100 practitioners throughout the world carry the CRE Designation, denoting the highest recognition in the real estate industry. CRE members average 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Professional and Community Organizations

Mr. Bissell is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America, the American Seniors Housing Association (Advisory Committee Member), the Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, the Appraisal Institute, NCREIF, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In addition, he is involved with a number of non-profit organizations including The Center for Housing Resources, the Real Estate Council, and Habitat for Humanity - serving as Board President for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity in 1997. Mr. Bissell was awarded the "Off Site Award" in 2000 by Dallas Area for Humanity in recognition of his efforts in assisting the organization with its real estate needs.

In addition, Mr. Bissell has appeared in live interviews on KDFW Fox 4 (television station) and CBS11 (television station). In April of 2001, Mr. Bissell presented the first annual "Overview of the Dallas-Fort Worth Seniors Housing Market" at the Four Seasons Resort in Los Colinas. He recently moderated the Seniors Housing Valuation Roundtable at the 2003 Annual Conference of the American Seniors Housing Association.

Mr. Brooks has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1985, and was awarded the MAI designation in May 1990. He has a Master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate. Mr. Brooks has experience in appraising all forms of commercial and residential properties. In addition, he has extensive experience in the appraisal of unique properties. He currently serves on and is a past Chairman of the City of Bedford Zoning Board of Adjustment and is Vice Chairman of the Community Development Corporation of Tarrant County. Mr. Brooks has also provided court and expert witness testimony.

Experience
Director of the Dallas office of Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP, a full service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Mr. Brooks has been an appraiser of all types of real property since January 1985. Mr. Brooks has performed appraisals on various properties including, but not limited to, senior housing projects, Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, a military weapons storage site, a former air force base, raw and developed land, office complexes, motels, hotels, marinas, bowling alleys, amusement parks and mixed use developments.

Mr. Brooks is qualified in Federal and Texas State Courts as an expert on real estate values. He has served as a Board Member and past Chairman of the City of Bedford Zoning Board of Adjustment since 1997. In addition, he serves as the Vice Chairman for the Community Development Corporation of Tarrant County. As a graduate student, he spent one year as a research/teaching assistant involved in real estate research for the Texas Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University. He was an appraisal officer with Texas Commerce Bank, Inc. from 1985 to 1989. He was also a review appraiser with Guaranty Federal Bank from 1989 to 1990, and a senior appraiser with Noyd and O’Connell from 1990 to 1995. In 1995, he joined Loughry Appraisal Company, Inc., which is now part of Integra Realty Resources DFW, LLP.

Mr. Chandler has actively been engaged in commercial Real Estate Valuation, consulting and brokerage since 1989 and has been associated with Integra Realty Resources DFW since 2002. He has extensive experience in consulting and valuation of a wide variety of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties including office buildings, shopping centers, power centers, regional malls, warehouse/distribution, apartments, senior housing, amusement parks, hotels, and vacant land. Additional experience includes real estate brokerage, tenant representation, asset management, preparation and desk review of consulting and valuation reports, market studies, cash flow analysis reports for owners/developers, insurance companies, pension fund advisors, governmental agencies, commercial lending institutions and investment companies. Mr. Chandler has also held senior level positons with Cushman & Wakefield, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Bryson Realty Advisors and MortgageRamp.

In addition to being a Director of the Dallas office, Mr. Chandler is a Director of Integra's National Seniors Housing and Health Care Specialty Practice.
