Mr. Ellis has been appraising in Southern California continuously since 1980. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is an active instructor of appraisal courses and seminars, was an elected member of the officers and Board of Directors of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute for six years, and is a past president of the Chapter. Mr. Ellis has given expert testimony in Federal and Superior courts on more than two dozen occasions. He has served as a court-appointed appraisal expert, and as an arbitrator in valuation matters. Mr. Ellis serves a client base that includes investment advisory firms, lending institutions, public agencies, corporate and individual property owners, and the legal profession.

Ms. Finestone has been appraising in Southern California since 1981. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Ms. Finestone has specialized in valuation and consulting services related to major, investment grade commercial properties for over 20 years. Prior to joining Integra Realty Resources – Los Angeles, Ms. Finestone held senior positions with Finestone Associates and Cushman & Wakefield of California. Her experience includes the preparation of appraisals for land, major office, industrial, retail, and special purpose properties, as well as providing consultation services, due diligence, litigation support, and expert testimony.

Mr. Larsen has been appraising since 1985 and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has appraised all major commercial, industrial, and residential property types for use in eminent domain and litigation support appraisals. Special studies have addressed leasehold/leased fee allocation, historic properties, value diminution, and possessory interests. Major right-of-way assignments have been used for acquisition purposes in street widening, grade separation, and utility system upgrades, and have included the analysis of full fee takings, partial takings in fee, and permanent and temporary easement acquisitions. He is the Past President of the International Right of Way Association, Chapter No. 1.

Mr. Kellogg has been appraising in Southern California since 1988, addressing all major categories of real estate. He was previously in the construction industry as a lumber and building material retailer and a bonded general building contractor. Mr. Kellogg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Wyoming and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, with emphasis on Real Estate Finance. Mr. Kellogg is a qualified expert witness and has testified in Superior Court. He has also completed many multi-parcel redevelopment and right-of-way valuation projects for a variety of public agency clients. Mr. Kellogg is the firm’s representative on the Real Estate Research Council of Southern California.
