Our portfolio process begins by connecting clients to an Integra professional who becomes the single point of contact throughout the project.  A project team is dedicated to support your contact and creates a reporting template tailored to fit your needs and objectives.


Through our proprietary web-based database and valuation management platform, Marketpoint and Datapoint, we create templates that automate the delivery of uniform reports, while maintaining customization capabilities.  These templates are used on each assignment to ensure consistent reporting.

Integra has also formed the Rapid Response Team to be on call to quickly appraise current property values on a national basis to assist financial institutions, government agencies, and real estate investors in valuing their commercial real estate assets. The team includes appraisers from each of the firm’s offices to complete extensive valuation assignments efficiently.  By partnering with the Integra Rapid Response Team, buyers will be able to quickly discern which properties will be the most profitable acquisitions.
