Integra Realty Resources Expands San Francisco Office with Acquisition of The Fillmore Group
Leading San Francisco Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Services Firm Joins IRR;
Represents IRR’s Third Acquisition this Year
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — (March 3, 2020) —Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced its expanding its IRR-San Francisco office through the acquisition of The Fillmore Group, one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest, most respected commercial real estate services firms.
Effective immediately all nine employees of The Fillmore Group will join the IRR-San Francisco office. Jeffrey W. Fillmore, MAI, a 35-year commercial real estate industry professional and president of The Fillmore Group, becomes IRR’s newest shareholder and will lead the newly merged office as Senior Managing Director.

Founded in 1998, The Fillmore Group has grown into one of the largest private commercial real estate appraisal firms in Northern California. The firm valued more than $4 billion in real estate assets last year alone. The firm routinely handles assignments throughout Northern California across all commercial real estate product types, with a specialty practice group that caters to affordable housing and tax credit work. Notable assignments include Coleman Highline, a 1.7+ million-square-foot, Class-A office project under construction in San Jose; Fremont Technology Business Center, a 1.7+ million-square-foot Class-A warehouse under construction in Fremont; and The CityLine Sunnyvale, a mixed-use lifestyle center that will include 830,000 square feet of retail and office space, plus 292 residential units.
Fillmore began his career in 1986 as a commercial real estate appraiser with David J. Morrison, Inc. In 1996, he was named a partner with Morrison-Fillmore and Associates, which in 1998 became The Fillmore Group. His experience includes a broad range of property types with extensive experience in special purpose properties such as hotels, restaurants, commercial laundry facilities, cold storage facilities and government aided senior and affordable housing projects. His clients include lending institutions, attorneys, REITS, developers, banks, governmental agencies, savings and loans and individuals. Active in industry associations, Fillmore is a MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and has served as Chair of the South Branch of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and Chair of the Associates’ Guidance - General Committee. He earned his bachelor’s in Business from Brigham Young University.
