Integra Realty Resources Announces 2021 Board of Directors
New Appointments Include Darrin W. Liddell as Chairman; 
Anthony Sanna as Vice Chairman; and John Praytor as a Board Member

DENVER, CO — (January 13, 2021) —Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced leadership promotions to the 2021 Board of Directors.

New key leadership positions include Darrin W. Liddell, MAI, AI-GRS, FRICS, CCIM, Executive Director of IRR’s Salt Lake City and Denver offices, who will serve as Chairman of the Board; and Anthony Sanna, MAI, CRE, FRICS, Executive Director of IRR’s Detroit office, who will serve as Vice Chairman.

Graziano, CEO of Integra Realty Resources. “As my CEO responsibilities have expanded, my voluntary decision to step down from that role is a reflection of Integra’s commitment to good internal governance controls and a testament to our commitment to succession. The board plays a vital role in providing vision and governance to my executive team, and it is functionally critical that the Board acts independently to drive shareholder value. I’m confident with the support of the Board under the leadership of Darrin, Anthony, and our other five highly-regarded board members, we will continue to innovate and fully realize our future potential.”

Liddell, who previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board, brings over three decades of commercial real estate experience to his new role. Sanna brings more than thirty years’ experience to his new role.

As part of Graziano relinquishing his board position and Chairman role, John R. Praytor, MAI, Executive Director of IRR Jackson, Memphis, and New Orleans offices, was appointed by the Board to serve Graziano’s unexpired term as IRR’s newest board member.
