Integra Realty Resources Continues Expansion, Opens Two New Offices 
in St. Louis, MO and Atlanta, GA
IRR Opens 14 New Offices in Less than 18 Months

DENVER, CO — (July 31, 2018) — Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation, research and consulting firms, today announced the opening of two new offices: IRR-Atlanta and IRR-St. Louis, which aligns with the company’s aggressive growth strategy. In less than 18 months, IRR has opened 14 new offices from coast to coast.

• IRR-Atlanta opens under the leadership of Matthew Albigese, MAI, a seasoned industry veteran who has been appraising commercial real estate properties and tracking property trends throughout Georgia for more than 15 years. John Zaworski, who has worked in the real estate industry for more than a decade, also joins IRR-Atlanta team as analyst. Located at 5256 Peachtree Road, IRR-Atlanta expands IRR’s market coverage throughout Georgia and Alabama and aligns with IRR’s aggressive growth strategy.
   
• IRR-St. Louis expands IRR’s on the ground, local market coverage throughout Missouri. Located at 16759 Main Street, the new office opens under the leadership of Bradley J. Schopp, MAI, a nearly 20-year industry veteran who will serve as Executive Director. Joining Schopp is Timothy M. Schoemehl, MAI, a seasoned industry veteran who will oversee the general commercial operations as Senior Managing Director. Tim brings more than two decades of commercial real estate industry experience working in the Greater St. Louis area. In addition, Victor D. Cremeens, MAI and Alisha Gammon, MAI, will serve as Managing Directors.

Albigese began his appraisal career with McColgan & Company, an Atlanta-based company specializing in market analyses and appraisals of real property. Over the years, he has built a prestigious client roster and gained valuable experience valuing a wide range of commercial real estate properties including land, industrial, retail, general and medical offices, subsidized and market rent multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, hotels, institutional properties, and various special purpose properties. Albigese holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management from The University of Georgia.

Over the past 15 years, Schoemehl has built a prestigious client roster and gained valuable experience appraising a diverse range of commercial real estate throughout the Greater St. Louis area, including but not limited to office and medical office, industrial, retail, multi-family, special-use and proposed developments. He also brings experience with appraisals involving various tax credit programs, such as low-income housing and federal historic tax credits. Schoemehl joins IRR from St. Louis-based Lauer Appraisal Company. Prior to entering the appraisal industry, he worked as a Real Estate Specialist for the St. Louis Development Corporation—the economic development arm for the City of St. Louis. The MAI designated professional holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and is licensed for real estate appraisal in Missouri and Illinois.
