Integra's William Miller Testifies in Lowe's v Wauwatosa Trial,
as Wisconsin Supreme Court Affirms Rulingin Lowe's v City of Delevan
Integra Realty Resources is proud to have played a part in the Lowe’s assessment litigation.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court, in Lowe’s v City of Delevan 2023 WI 8, affirmed that Lowe’s did not present significant contrary evidence that an assessment was excessive. Lowe’s had appealed assessments of three properties in Delafield, Plover and Wauwatosa. Lowe’s then appealed three circuit court decisions and lost all at the appellate court. Wisconsin’s Supreme Court has now affirmed the appellate decision for the Lowe’s in Delevan, with an extensive analysis of using vacant and/or dark store sales, including properties sold while in receivership, as comparables in an appraisal of an operating, non-dark, non-vacant big box home improvement property. William Miller with Integra Realty Resources testified at trial in Lowe’s v Wauwatosa 2020AP393 for the City of Wauwatosa. Contact Bill Miller if you would like to know more.
