Jimmy H. Jackson Named Executive Director; Stephen Lechtenberg Named Senior Managing Director
DALLAS, TX — (April 27, 2026) — Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced leadership updates in its Dallas and Lubbock, Texas, offices. Jimmy H. Jackson, MAI, has been named Executive Director, and Stephen Lechtenberg, MAI, has been named Senior Managing Director.

Jackson brings more than four decades of experience as a commercial appraiser, along with extensive experience as a real estate investor. He has been involved in the analysis of virtually every type of commercial and residential property. He launched IRR’s Dallas office in 2017 and the Lubbock office in 2020 and has led both offices since. Prior to joining Integra Realty Resources in 2017, Jackson was one of the founding partners of Jackson Claborn, Inc. (JCI), one of Texas’ largest real estate consulting and valuation firms at the time. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a real estate emphasis from Texas Tech University, and the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. Jackson has also served on numerous professional boards, including the Appraisal Institute’s Ethics and Counseling Panel of the North Texas Chapter and Board of Directors, as well as serving as Chair and Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee.

Previously Managing Director for the Dallas and Lubbock offices, Lechtenberg now assumes the role of Senior Managing Director. He brings more than 15 years of appraisal experience across a wide range of commercial property types, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotels, medical facilities, self-storage, right-of-way, and land. Prior to joining IRR, he worked at Jackson Claborn. He began his appraisal career with American Appraisal Associates. Lechtenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University, as well as the MAI designation.
