Acquisition of Burke Hansen, LLC
Leading Regional Valuation Firm Joins IRR
PHOENIX, AZ — (February 20, 2020) —Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced its expanding its Phoenix office through the acquisition of Burke Hansen, LLC, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms founded in 1950.
Effective immediately Burke Hansen will join IRR-Phoenix, led by IRR Senior Managing Director Walter “Tres” Winius, III, MAI, FRICS. William Dominick, who has served as President of Burke Hansen over the past 20 years, becomes IRR’s newest shareholder and will serve as IRR-Phoenix’s Managing Director. Roger Dunlap, MAI, a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser with 35 years of experience, joins as Associate Director. Mr. Dominick and Mr. Dunlap also join Associate Director Glenn Grotte, MAI, who has been with the company for a decade.
The new IRR-Phoenix office, comprised of 10 total employees, will relocate its physical address to 2999 North 44th Street‚ Suite 512 in Phoenix‚ AZ.

No one stays in business that long unless their service is top-notch. With this in mind, we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Bill and his accomplished team to our Phoenix team.”
Over the past six decades, Burke Hansen, LLC has provided comprehensive appraisal and consultation services to a diverse clientele, including national and international corporations, financial institutions, investors, attorneys, developers, and accountants. The firm has worked on numerous projects for various government entities within Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico, including Arizona Department of Transportation, Arizona State Land Department, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, and U.S. Forest Service. Burke Hansen has also provided appraisal services to numerous utility companies for right of way ("ROW") purposes, particularly underground pipeline easements across New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.

Dominick, a highly regarded commercial real estate appraiser and advisor, brings 30 years of experience across all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. Having worked at some of the leading real estate firms, including CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., as well as a homebuilder and land developer, he brings valuable expertise in construction, rehabilitation, development, litigation, asset management, appraisal review, brokerage/sales activity, purchase/lease negotiation, and bankruptcy workouts. He has developed an extensive valuation practice focused on litigation support and expert witness testimony. Dominick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
Prior to joining Burke Hansen in 2017, Mr. Dunlap served as President and CEO of Roger L. Dunlap & Associates, Ltd., a firm he founded and operated for twenty years. Dunlap has been engaged in valuation assignments for estate valuation, mortgage financing, buyer/seller transactions, title disputes, land exchanges, right of way abandonments and condemnation matters, among others. He has specialized in serving Arizona, having worked in 13 of the 15 counties. He brings significant expertise in appraisal services for ROW purposes, as well as conducting Standard 3 reviews for banks and government agencies. Dunlap holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
