Integra Realty Resources Expands Southeastern Presence with New Memphis Office
Seasoned Appraisal Executive Rusty Rich to Lead New Office and Spearhead Continued Growth
MEMPHIS, TN — (October 8, 2025) — Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced the opening of a new office in Memphis, Tennessee. The new IRR-Memphis office expands IRR’s Southeastern coverage and will operate under the leadership of Rusty Rich, MAI, who will serve as Senior Managing Director.
Rich brings more than 25 years of experience in valuation and advisory services across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. In 2012, Rich launched IRR’s Birmingham office, which he continues to lead today. In his expanded role, he will drive IRR’s strategic growth across the Southeast, building on the firm’s established platform and long history of delivering complex, high-quality appraisal services.
“As one of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets and a vital hub for logistics, transportation, and healthcare, Memphis represents a natural extension of our regional presence,” said Anthony M. Graziano, MAI, CRE, CEO of Integra Realty Resources. “We’ve long supported clients here, and this new office under the leadership of a proven leader like Rusty Rich underscores our commitment to the Mid-South while enhancing our ability to deliver best-in-class valuation and advisory services through IRR’s national platform.”
Rich has appraised a wide array of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use assets, as well as vacant land. His diverse client base includes pension funds, REITs, insurance companies, attorneys, developers, government agencies, banks, and domestic and international investors. Prior to joining Integra, Rich held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis Landauer, where he established and oversaw multiple offices, including Birmingham, Mobile, and Memphis. He began his appraisal career in 1998 with Ratcliffe, Cali, Duffy, Hughes & Company in the Washington, D.C. area. Rich holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
“Integra has built a reputation for delivering best-in-class valuation and consulting services across the country,” said Rich. “I am excited to grow our platform here in Memphis and the greater Mid-South region, building on our success in Alabama. With the support of IRR’s national resources and technology, we are well positioned to serve clients with both deep local knowledge and the strength of a national network.”
Joining Rich in the new Memphis office are two new hires, Carter Higdon and Kirk Winberry, who bring strong regional expertise and client service experience.
Higdon, who joins as a Director, brings more than a decade of appraisal and consulting experience spanning hospitality, industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and complex special-purpose properties such as aviation facilities and water management systems. Prior to joining IRR, he served as Vice President with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Southeast division, and previously, was a Senior Appraiser with Valbridge Property Advisors. He holds certified general appraiser licenses across Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Winberry, who joins as a Senior Analyst, has nearly a decade of experience appraising a diverse range of commercial properties, with a particular focus on multifamily, industrial, and land assignments across the Mid-South. Prior to joining IRR, he was with Cushman & Wakefield and Valbridge Property Advisors, where he completed valuation assignments supporting financing, acquisition, and litigation purposes. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mississippi State University and is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Tennessee.
“With Carter and Kirk on board, we are already building a talented team here in Memphis,” added Rich. “Their expertise and local market knowledge will play a pivotal role in our success here.”
IRR has established an office presence at 1661 International Drive, Suite 455. The new office provides clients with direct, on-the-ground access to the firm’s full suite of valuation and advisory services. IRR already completes dozens of assignments annually in the Memphis market for a broad mix of clients, including major regional and national lenders, as well as prominent institutional, healthcare, legal, and non-profit organizations.
