Integra Welcomes Back Elizabeth Cregan and Michael Cherello to its Northern New Jersey Office
LIVINGSTON, NJ — (June 12, 2019) —Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced Elizabeth Cregan, SCGREA and Michael Cherello, SCGREA are rejoining its Northern New Jersey office. Cregan, a 20-plus-year industry veteran, and Cherello, a 12-year industry veteran, will serve as Directors within IRR-Northern New Jersey office.

Prior to rejoining IRR-Northern New Jersey, Cregan served as First Vice President in the Whippany, New Jersey, office of Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory. Previously, Cregan had spent nearly two decades with IRR-Northern New Jersey office. She’s an accomplished appraiser with significant expertise in appraisal and consulting assignments for multifamily, office, industrial and estate properties, as well as large portfolio assignments comprising office and industrial properties, regional malls, shopping centers, and apartments. Her broad experience spans assignments involving land conservation and preservation, litigation for property tax assessment appeal valuations, condemnation litigation, matrimonial disputes and municipal revaluation and reassessment programs. Additionally, Cregan, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a Real Estate Referral Agent for the State of New Jersey, has performed market research for HUD rent comparability studies for use in Section 8 housing reimbursement and review.
Prior to rejoining IRR-Northern New Jersey, Cherello had a short stint with Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in New Jersey. Previously, Cherello had spent nearly a decade with the IRR-Northern New Jersey office. Cherello brings significant expertise in multifamily, office, industrial and estate property appraisals; land conservation and preservation; litigation support for property tax assessment appeal valuations; condemnation litigation; matrimonial disputes; and municipal revaluation and reassessment programs, as well as multi-market portfolio assignments. Additionally, Michael, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for the State of New Jersey, has performed market research for HUD rent comparability studies used in Section 8 housing reimbursement and review.
