SACRAMENTO — (May 16, 2025) — Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, today announced the promotion of Noah Kauffman, MAI, R/W-AC, to Managing Director. Based in IRR’s Sacramento office, Kauffman plays a key leadership role in managing the company’s Right of Way / public acquisition valuation services across multiple California offices, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
“We are pleased to announce Noah’s well-deserved promotion,” said Kevin Ziegenmeyer, MAI, Senior Managing Director of IRR-Sacramento. “Over the past decade, he has been instrumental in growing our Right of Way practice across California. His deep expertise in infrastructure-related valuations, along with his leadership on complex assignments and quality control, has made him an invaluable resource to our team and clients alike.”
Kauffman joined IRR’s Sacramento office in 2014, following roles with financial firms including Bridgewater Associates and Trust Company of the West. Having lived in both Northern and Southern California, he brings statewide market knowledge and currently leads Right of Way and public acquisition appraisal projects for clients across California. He is a Certified General Appraiser in California, holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and earned the Right of Way appraisal certification (R/W-AC) from the International Right of Way Association.
Kauffman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, and began his appraisal career focusing on agricultural and rural properties. His expertise quickly expanded to include a wide range of commercial and residential property types. Today, his practice centers on Right of Way valuations, residential subdivision developments for land-secured financing—including Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Assessment Districts (ADs)—as well as various land and specialty-use properties.
IRR’s California offices provide comprehensive valuation and advisory services covering a broad spectrum of property types and client services. With deep local market knowledge and extensive experience, IRR’s clients rely on the company’s expertise to make intelligent real estate-related decisions.
