IRR's 2017 Viewpoint National Student Housing Report provides you commentary and metrics compiled by seasoned commercial real estate appraisers and consultants who have extensive knowledge of their markets.

Student housing has been a viable investment since the tail-end of the Great Recession. At that time, enrollment at colleges and universities spiked, creating more demand for residence halls and off-campus housing. As the U.S. moved through the recovery, on-campus and off-campus properties provided investors with yield, even as enrollment dipped with job market growth.
