We are pleased to announce the addition of Christopher G. Powell, MAI, AI-GRS as Director at Integra Realty Resources Healthcare & Senior Housing practice.


Please join us in welcoming Christopher G. Powell, MAI, AI-GRS as Director.  The 15 plus year professional brings CRE valuation, appraisal review and collateral risk management experience, specifically covering a broad range of income producing and special purpose properties, both, inside and external to lending institutions.  Additional expertise includes USPAP and FIRREA, appraisal requirements for lending institutions (12 CFR part 323) with a focus on determining necessary appraisal requirements for current “As-Is” and prospective market value appraisal assignments including going concern valuations.  Being committed to advanced education and higher ethical requirements associated with the MAI, AI-GRS designations, Chris has a strong work ethic, is detail oriented and provides compliant and reasonable appraisal products.
