Bankruptcy courts often have specific reporting requirements that may minimize or remove the need for live expert testimony.  We are sensitive to the reporting requirements, and are conscious to observe those requirements in the completion of our work.  While the detailed reporting that is required by the courts often reduces the need for live testimony, we are fully prepared to provide such testimony in Court when the need arises.
